Return Window
• Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if they receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete product.
How to Claim a Refund

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or missing items.
• Once verified, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
• If your return is approved (defective, damaged, or incomplete items), return shipping is free and covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used press-on nails.
• Returns or refunds for change of mind.
• Exchanges are not accepted.
