  • All orders placed before 12 PM are delivered on the same day (orders from Al Ain and Fujairah will take 1–2 business days).
  • Please Note: Deliveries to Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman are not available on Sundays due to courier service limitations.
  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above AED 99. For orders below AED 99, a flat shipping fee of AED 12 applies.
  • Same-day delivery is available across the UAE, subject to courier availability and serviceable locations.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. pressénails is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
